The USDA Farm Service Agency has an emergency conservation program designed to help producers in a time of disaster, such as the recent ice storm experienced by virtually all producers in Washington and Benton counties. While no funds are available yet, the agency said it is taking applications for cost-share assistance for debris clean-up.
