BENTONVILLE — Former Benton County Deputy Prosecutor Drew Ledbetter will not be charged with a crime for accessing the e-mail of a fellow deputy prosecutor following a four-month investigation that included a secretly taped conversation between the victim and Prosecutor Van Stone.
