Earlier this week the Arkansas House passed HB1339, a bill to end Arkansas’ participation in the Electoral College. If passed by Arkansas and by a majority of the states based on ironically electoral votes, Arkansas would agree to cast their electoral votes for whoever won the national popular vote.

Judge Collins Kilgore ruled today in a lawsuit with high interest in the medical community. He said Baptist Health may no longer prevent physicians from practicing at its hospitals if they have an investment in competing institutions.
