Governor Mike Beebe recently signed House Bill 1842 into law, which creates special “Gold Star Family” license plates for the parents and spouses of service members killed while serving in our nation’s Armed Forces. It is an honorable way to pay tribute to the families of our state and our nation’s fallen heroes.
