Bankers Reject Raises, Bonuses

SPRINGDALE — Executives at Harrison-based First Federal Bancshares will forego annual raises for the second straight year, while CEO Larry Brandt has voluntarily taken a 10 percent pay reduction in 2009, according to a proxy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
