After seven weeks of trying to drop pounds while decreasing sugar intake and lowering my cholesterol, I believe I may have hit on my personal key to losing weight. I’ve been doing my best to move after eating. After breakfast, lunch or supper, I either walk around the neighborhood, hop on my exercise machine or play some interactive video games – anything that will get my blood pumping and digestive system working efficiently. Considering I lost another 1.2 pounds as of yesterday despite indulging in one gooey-filled chocolate egg, I believe I may be onto something.
