Moneypenny suggested that I go off and earn my Master's. Who would I speak with about trying to return to Arkansas, to work and teach with appropriate and optimum placement? I'm trying to advance a ph.d. that would be tied to economic development, management and risk in the decision making process. The master's is from the Univesity of Waterloo, home of the Blackberry, though I am not as interested in the technology as end, but rather the nature of hi-powered thinking with lo-tech costs.
