LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Lottery Commission plans to begin considering applications for the job of executive director of the state’s new state-run lottery next week.

The commission said Wednesday it will meet Monday to begin reviewing the applications, which numbered 33 by Wednesday afternoon.

The commission has said it will consider applications from job seekers and nominations from members of the panel.
