Wrong-Way Driver’s Father Says He Had Diabetes

JONESBORO — The driver of a car that crossed the U.S. 63 median and drove south in the northbound lanes until it crashed head-on into a van — killing the wrong-way driver plus four people in the van — suffered from diabetes and had previously suffered low-blood-sugar episodes, his father said.
