FAYETTEVILLE — U.S. Rep. John Boozman of Rogers will face an opponent in next year’s Republican primary who will be supported by fiscal conservatives worried about the federal government’s deficit spending, said Bernard Skoch, a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general and chairman of the conservative Arkansas Independence Caucus.
