LITTLE ROCK — The state securities commissioner today ordered a Pine Bluff businessman stop selling unregistered stock in two of his companies.
Commissioner A. Heath Abshure issued a cease and desist order to King James Pridgeon, president of Peoples Home Builders Inc. and Peoples Homes Builders Corp.
The order said Pridgeon was involved in an unregistered offering of stock in the two companies and that he had marketed the stock offering through promotional flyers posted at the United States Post Office in Pine Bluff.
