LITTLE ROCK — Arkansas Republican Party Chairman Doyle Webb announced today that Chase Dugger has been named the party’s executive director.

Dugger, who had been political director, replaces Karen Ray, who resigned in February to return to her home state of Mississippi.

Webb praised Dugger for his “exceptional work and experience.”

“His love of this state and his desire to advance the two party system are great qualities,” Webb said.
