Bids coming for new county jail

Metroplan hears fatality trends, ‘Bottleneck’ details problems

Three-year trends in a study of pedestrian and bicycle fatal accidents show the developed areas of the Central Arkansas region to be the most dangerous. The minority areas of Little Rock showed a greater rate than other areas, according to a report released last week to the Metroplan board of directors at its monthly meeting.
