Lakes and ponds overflowing to the point of spilling water out onto Sherwood streets have been an all-too familiar sight in 2009 as was witnessed again on Dec. 24 when the pond beside Sherwood City Hall filled so heavily that it threatened to cause water to cross over on Kiehl Avenue.
