Maumelle man gunned down on Christmas Eve

Maumelle’s Salvation Army Maj. Philip Wise was excited about turning in the final Christmas Eve Red Kettle collections at the North Little Rock headquarters. Still to come were a Santa visit for his three children and then packing up and heading home to West Virginia to visit his family.
