Court: Statute Expired In Corpse-Abuse Case

LITTLE ROCK — A Mena woman who killed her husband, dismembered the body and hid the body parts in a pond was charged with abuse of a corpse after the statute of limitations expired, the state Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
