Beebe: Keep it ‘short, sweet’

Gov. Mike Beebe on Monday called for a “short and sweet” meeting of the General Assembly in its first ever “fiscal” session, which will consider enacting a $4.5 billion general revenue budget plan for fiscal 2011.
