Well, this is quite large, by which I mean Bill Halter’s on-line announcement at 6 a.m. that he will file at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow as a Democratic candidate for the U. S. Senate against incumbent Blanche Lincoln.
Republicans will celebrate the Democratic divisiveness and that Lincoln must now deplete her mammoth resources in the primary.
