Chief deputy AG to resign

LITTLE ROCK — Attorney General Dustin McDaniel’s chief deputy will resign next month to return to the private sector, McDaniel’s office announced today.

Justin Allen will practice law at the Little Rock firm of Wright, Lindsey and Jennings, where he worked before joining McDaniel’s staff in 2007, the attorney general’s office said in a news release.

Allen’s successor has not yet been named.
