Wells says failure to report trip a ‘mistake’

State Rep. John Wells, D-Paris, said last week that his initial failure to report that Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. paid for his July, 2009 trip to see a coal mining operation in Wyoming was a “mistake” and he apologized.

Lavaca Pre-K Registration
