Alma wins Russellville tournament; Dragons, Pirates post solid win

Alma took an early lead, but Russellville launched into a 5-0 run that tied the game up, 7-7. Thanks to a trio of three-point shots by Austin Durr, Alma vaulted into a 17-7 lead heading into the second quarter.
