Eagles advance to regional tournament

Facing the number two team in the conference, the Mansfield Tigers, the Eagles needed desperately to win the game in order to get into the regional tournament. Paris took an early lead but the Tigers made a valiant last inning effort which the Eagles thwarted in order to pick up the 5 – 4 victory.

Eagles beat Greenland in regionals

After falling behind early in the game, the Eagles played extremely hard and came from behind on Dustin Stark’s three run jack in the seventh to knock the number one seeded Greenland Tigers.

Eagles hand Warriors only loss

Going into their game with the Lamar Warriors, the Eagle baseball team needed a victory and they were facing the only undefeated team in the conference. A grand slam by Josh Parsons in the fifth inning gave the Eagles the lift they needed in order to upset the Warriors 12 – 5
