jhmosby@cyberback.com Joe Mosby of Conway, the best-known outdoor writer in Arkansas, writes a syndicated weekly feature for Stephens newspapers, and his work is distributed by Stephens Media Group in Little Rock. Mosby, who has spent three decades devoted to outdoor writing and almost 50 years in newspaper work, was outdoor editor of the Arkansas Gazette until its assets were bought in 1991. He is retired as news editor of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
