FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas basketball team will begin a home-and-home series with Clemson next season.
The date and location of the 2013-14 game between the teams has not been determined, according to a news release from Clemson.
It will be just the second time Arkansas and Clemson have met.
The only previous meeting came during the 1961-62 season, when Arkansas beat Clemson 62-60 in Greenville, S.C.
Arkansas has not announced its nonconference schedule. But Clemson joins Louisiana, High Point and California as known opponents for 2013-14.
The Razorbacks will play California in the first of three games at the Maui Invitational on Nov. 25. Arkansas will play either Syracuse or Minnesota in its second game in Maui. The third opponent will depend on Arkansas’ results.
