FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas now knows its opponent for the Southeastern Conference Tournament.
No. 7 seed Arkansas will meet No. 10 seed Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn., at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Razorbacks secured the No. 7 seed after its 73-62 win against Texas A&M and Tennessee's victory against Missouri. Arkansas and Vanderbilt will meet for the third time after splitting the regular season series. The Razorbacks won the first game 56-33 in Fayetteville on Jan. 12. The Commodores won 67-49 in Nashville on Feb. 9.
The winner of the Arkansas-Vanderbilt game will meet No. 2 seed Kentucky on Friday at 6:30 p.m.
Arkansas travels to Nashville looking for its first win in an SEC Tournament since 2008. The Razorbacks have gone 0-1 in each of the past four seasons.
