Bill Clinton to discuss health care law in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK — Former President Bill Clinton will give a talk on the federal health care law at his presidential library in Little Rock next week, a spokeswoman for the library said.

Clinton will address an invitation-only audience on Wednesday, Clinton Presidential Center spokeswoman Rebecca Tennille said.

President Obama’s health care law will require nearly all Americans to have health insurance starting in January. Enrollment in the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace, an exchange where people and small businesses can shop for insurance plans that suit their needs, is set to begin Oct. 1.
